"I bought a vape at this place last night and when I brought it home it ended up being defective when I finally opened the box? The top of my vape completely came off!? I called the place to see if I was able to return it or at least exchange it cause clearly it’s not useful and broken. And when speaking to someone they stated the GM would not allow me to exchange it that they never heard of that happening!???!! ME EITHER CLEARLY Can we please get better policies or something or at least force me to open the box when I am in the store to avoid this issue! I have a defective product and I lost money !? AND NO-ONE WANTED TO HELP ME RESOLVE MY SIMPLE ISSUE ‼️‼️UPDATE‼️‼️ after leaving this review shortly after the manager reached out to me and accommodated my issue, allowed me to exchange my purchase as well as a refund for my product. When returning this morning I was greeted by JB! HANDS DOWN THE BEST EMPLOYEE HERE! I will definitely return just for this man! And I will definitely return after the amazing customer service from him as well as the quick response to my issues! THANK YOU"
